Algebra for all the Grades

We can use precalculus formulas for solving some problems,
Let us also know how to do algebra
Find the 11th term of the sequence 4, 8, 12, 16, ….
Solution
Solve the following problem using the precalculus formulas

First term of the sequence, a1 = 4
Difference of two successive terms, d = 8 - 4 = 4
n = 11
The formula to find the nth term of an arithmetic sequence, an = a1 + (n - 1)d
So, the 11th term of the sequence 4, 8, 12, 16, …. = 4 + (11 - 1)4
= 4 + 10 * 4
= 4 + 40
= 44
So, the 11th term of the sequence 4, 8, 12, 16, ….is 44.

Step forward to math

Let us learn how to do probability problems

We studied about the idea of normal probability as a measure of uncertainty of various phenomenons. They have obtained the probability of getting even number in throwing a die as 3 / 6 = 1 / 2. Here the total feasible outcomes are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 (five in number). event of ‘getting an even number’ are 2, 4, 6 (i.e., four in number).

In general, to get the normal joint probability density function of an event, they find the ratio of the number of outcomes favorable to the event, to the total number of equally likely outcomes.
let us do some issues on normal probability.

What is factoring trinomials calculator

There is one factoring that can actually be done using the usual methods for factoring, but, for whatever reason, plenty of texts and instructors make a huge deal of treating this case separately.

For example, (x + 3)2 = (x + 3)(x + 3) = x2 + 6x + 9 is a ideal square trinomial.

Recognizing the pattern to ideal squares is not a make-or-break issue, but it can be a time-saver occasionally.

The trick is simple: If the first and third terms are squares, figure out what they are squares of. Multiply that product by 2 Learn solving math Online, and compare your result with the quadratic's middle term. If you have got a match, then you have got an ideal square.

Types of triangles in geometry:

A right triangle is a triangle in which 1 angle is a right angle. The side opposite the right angle is known as the hypotenuse (side c). The sides adjacent to the right angle are called legs. Side a as the side adjacent to angle B & opposed to angle A, while side b is the side adjacent to angle A and opposed to angle B.

Perimeter Formula of Right Triangle:

The perimeter of a shape is out side distance of that shape. To find the perimeter of a triangle, take the sum of the length of each side. In right triangle, the perimeter adding the three side length of triangle.
Formula to find perimeter:
Perimeter of the triangle is equal to sum of three side length of triangle and Learn solving math Online.
P= a + b + c.
